Summary of Essential Functions:

  1. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  2. Greets and directs visitors to the Club.
  3. Receives and sorts incoming mail and packages arriving at reception.
  4. Logs reservations called in for meals and special events.
  5. Provides members with information regarding hours and operation.
  6. Assists in printing materials for associates.
  7. Performs above and beyond service to members, striving to accommodate needs and specific requests.
  8. Assists in printing materials for associates. Assist with other clerical duties, such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
  9. Documents calls and activity via logbook.
